Welcome 👋 to the Wellness Hub
Your starting point for health, well-being, and support at the University of Utah.
Whether you are looking for medical care, mental health support, wellness resources, or help figuring out where to start, the Wellness Hub makes it easier to connect with the people, services, and spaces here to support you.
You do not have to navigate college on your own. We’re here to help you find your next step.
⏱️ Start with
what you need
Some students know exactly what they are looking for. Others just know something feels off, stressful, confusing, or hard to manage alone. Both are valid starting points.
The Wellness Hub connects students with support across wellness, mental health, healthcare, disability access, and other campus resources. The goal is to make support easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to access.
9 dimensions of wellness
The nine dimensions of wellness reflect a holistic, interconnected view of health. Your needs within each dimension may shift over time, and tending to the areas that matter most to you in the moment can support a fuller, more balanced sense of well-being. University of Utah strives to support whole-person wellness and create the systems, resources, and culture that help our entire community flourish.
The Wellness Hub
The Wellness Hub is a physical front door for students seeking support. Located in the Student Services Building, room 350, it brings wellness resources into a more visible, connected space on campus.
This is a great place to start if you:
- Are not sure where to go
- Want help understanding available services
- Need a more welcoming first step
- Want to connect with someone in person
Peer Well-being Navigators
Peer Well-being Navigators are one of the best first stops for students. They offer a lower-pressure, student-centered way to begin, especially when you are unsure what kind of help you need.
The university describes Peer Well-being Navigators as trained in confidentiality, health literacy, healthcare navigation, interpersonal communication, and motivational interviewing. Peer Well-being Navigators help students navigate wellness, mental health, and academic resources, and provide support and follow-up so students can make informed decisions about next steps.
