👋 I am... the acting director of the Center for Campus Recreation Services
In my role, I... provide guidance to a team of experienced managers and student staff who keep our remarkable facility running and oversee the operation of group fitness classes, intramural sports, personal training, outdoor adventure trips, climbing classes and competitions, swim lessons, sports clubs, and more.
👋 I am... the director of the Center for Campus Wellness
In my role, I... ensure that we are providing comprehensive wellness, safety, and healing programs for our campus. From basic needs support to victim-survivor advocacy to health and wellness education, our team can support you on your wellness journey.
👋 I am... the director of the Center for Disability and Access
In my role, I... ensure students have access to classes and their university community. I work with faculty to implement recommended accommodations, remove barriers for students seeking support, and providing expanded access to students from various backgrounds.
👋 I am... the director of the Financial Wellness Center
In my role, I… am an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) who guides our team with a holistic approach to financial education and wellness. I am committed to supporting students on their unique financial journeys and helping students establish financial security.
I am… the director of the Student Health Center
In my role, I… am a board-certified doctor with specialized clinical training working with adolescents and young adults. I guide our team of providers at our Madsen Health Center location who provide care to students, their spouses, and dependents. Our services are accessible to all students as a part of their University tuition, and we are proud to offer discounted services compared to other community providers.
👋 I am... the Manager of the Mental Health First Responders Program (MH1)
In my role, I... lead a team of licensed clinicians and crisis workers who are available seven days a week from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. I work to educate and raise awareness of our services to normalize the process of seeking help and support. I want all students to know they have access to a safe, compassionate resource when they are dealing with a crisis or overwhelming mental health challenge.
