📚 Intellectual
Practicing creativity, critical thinking, curiosity, and striving for learning
💼 Occupational

🏃🏻♀️ Physical
Eating nutritious foods, moving your body often, sleep, hygiene, and more
🤝 Social
Building, maintaining, and repairing connections to feel a sense of support
🤲🏻 Spiritual
Finding your purpose in life and knowing how your values guide your actions
Optimizing 🌈 student health and wellness
As key initiative within Student Affairs’ Adapting to Student Needs strategic plan focuses on making health and wellness resources easier to find, understand, and access.
By enhancing physical spaces, expanding services, and leveraging technology, we are improving how students connect to support. These efforts address basic needs, strengthen health literacy, reduce stigma, and cultivate a culture of care that advances student success.
